Resident Evil: Extinction Trailer

Resident Evil: Extinction Trailer

July 31, 2007

This extended trailer for the upcoming third and final stop on the ‘Resident Evil’ film trilogy has actress Milla Jovovich reprising her role as the beautiful and deadly “Alice.”

Joining forces with the survivors of movie two’s Racoon City catastrophe in their quest to make it out of Nevada and northward to Alaska, Alice once again finds herself fighting against the evil Umbrella Corporation. Yeah, the zombies are back, the result of an Umbrella Corp. experiment gone awry, and the flesh-munching corpsies are bound to get in our heroine’s way. Previewing plenty of action, and plenty of Jovovich’s breathtaking martial gymnastics, this final chapter in the ‘Resident Evil’ story is part video game, part ‘Night Of The Living Dead’ and part ‘Mad Max’ styled apocalyptic tango…the perfect combination for fans of horror films, action flicks and those folks that just like to see a beautiful woman kick the crap out of the bad guys.

Comments:

Given what a severe pasting the first two took, is anyone really excited about this?

i’m looking forward to this. the games were fun, and i think this movie could be okay

KILLER CROWZ!!!!

I thought the first one was decent. The second one…not so much. This looks like it could be fun.

The part where they’re at the fenced-in compound in the desert made me think that Dead Rising would make a better zombie-videogame-turned-zombie-movie. Check this out:

I am definately going to see this one in the theaters.
Apocalypse was a stupid movie and the first was okay but this is sure to be the winner.

that trailer looks pretie cool, and now i wanna watch this movie…

Just throw a few silly costumes on the cast of Dawn of the Dead and you’ll have your Dead Rising movie.

As for the Resident Evil movie, I can’t stand Milla Jovavich… so no thanks for me.

the gameplay always fails to deliver.

Sure, the first two Resident Evil flicks took a critical beating, but they aren’t playing to the Ebert/Roper crowd and they must have made buckets of money, thus part three.

I surprisingly really liked the first two movies, and am excited to see this one. And I hate the games!
