A security camera shots displaying the police officer beating Kelly Thomas who is a homeless and mentally ill man on the 5th of July 2011 at the bus yard in Fullerton, California.  The police officer named Manuel Ramos was accused with murder for the cause of death of Thomas, and Cpl. Jay Cicinelli faces the uncontrolled killing and extreme use of power charges.
